It all starts with the house
The house has an octagonal turret. That octagon became the shape of everything: photo frames, buttons, icons.

What happens when architecture becomes an interface?
Three apartments at the foot of the Dolomites and a website that had to make them feel like home, even before guests arrive.
Start from the building: the house's octagonal turret becomes the sign of the whole system.
What I did
The house has an octagonal turret. That octagon became the shape of everything: photo frames, buttons, icons.
The colors are the ones you really see from the terrace: the green of the woods, the white of the plaster, the sand of the stone and the wood.
Author for headings, buttons and labels. Inter for body text. One voice to speak, one to read.
Author
ABCDEFGHIJKLM abcdefghijklmInter
ABCDEFGHIJKLM abcdefghijklmA set of icons I designed, each inside its own octagon: beds, wifi, parking, pets, cleaning and everything you need to know before booking.
The same style on paper too: stay information, a local area guide, a holiday-with-your-dog guide and a sheet for each apartment.
The website
Photos inside the octagons, services at a glance, activities nearby and booking always within reach.
A website, an icon set and guest guides that all speak the same language as the house.
